Cheney & Bush Asked Tom Daschle Not To Investigate 9/11 AT ALL (@3:45) (May 16th, 2002)
“It is true, that the Vice President, has requested on SEVERAL occasions, that we NOT have an investigation into this issue.” ~ Senator Daschle

“I’m gravely concerned about the information we just got that President Bush received a warning about the threat of hijackers back in August, 2001… We shouldn’t jump to conclusions, clearly there is a lot more to be learned… but this clearly raises some important questions THAT HAVE TO BE ASKED, AND HAVE TO BE ANSWERED.”

Dick Cheney states that 9/11 achieved the goals of PNAC, “highest moment in office”

9/11 was the “event” that achieved those goals….

“Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event––like a new Pearl Harbor”. (Page 51)

HALIBURTON is an energy, construction, maintenance, oilfield services corporation with operations in more than 70 countries. It has close to 300 subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, brands and divisions worldwide.

Cheney’s Halliburton Made $39.5 Billion on Iraq War
-Following the end of Operation Desert Storm in February 1991, the Pentagon, led by then Defense Secretary Dick Cheney, paid Halliburton subsidiary Brown & Root Services over $8.5 million to study the use of private military forces with American soldiers in combat zones.

-Thomas H. Cruikshank, who served as chairman and CEO from 1989 until 1995, was replaced by Dick Cheney.

-In the early 1990s Halliburton was found to be in violation of federal trade barriers in Iraq and Libya, having sold these countries dual-use oil drilling equipment and, through its former subsidiary, Halliburton Logging Services, sending six pulse neutron generators to Libya. After having pleaded guilty, the company was fined $1.2 million, with another $2.61 million in penalties.

-In 1998 Halliburton merged with Dresser Industries, which included Kellogg. Prescott Bush was a director of Dresser Industries, which is now part of Halliburton. Former United States president George H. W. Bush worked for Dresser Industries in several positions from 1948–1951, before he founded Zapata Corporation.

-In 2001 The Wall Street Journal reported that a subsidiary of Halliburton Energy Services called Halliburton Products and Services Ltd. (HPS) opened an office in Tehran.

-In November 2002, KBR was tasked to plan oil well firefighting in Iraq, and in February 2003 was issued a contract to conduct the work. Critics contend that it was a no-bid contract, awarded due to Dick Cheney’s position as Vice President.

-On January 24, 2006 Halliburton’s subsidiary KBR (formerly Kellogg, Brown and Root) announced that it had been awarded a $385 million contingency contract by the Department of Homeland Security to build “temporary detention and processing facilities” or internment camps.

-Halliburton is the only company mentioned by Osama bin Laden in an April 2004 tape in which he claims that “this is a war [in Afghanistan] that is benefiting major companies with billions of dollars.”

-Halliburton’s $2.5 billion “Restore Iraqi Oil” (RIO) contract was supposed to pay for itself as well as reconstruction of the entire country. Had the contract been fulfilled correctly, Iraq would be able to export much more oil from its northern oil fields. Instead, the oil fields are barely usable and access to international markets is severely limited. Halliburton’s work on the pipeline crossing the Tigris river at Al Fatah was a critical failure. Against the advice of its own experts, Halliburton tried to dig a tunnel through a geological fault zone. The underground terrain was a jumble of boulders, voids, cobblestones and gravel impossible for the kind of drilling Halliburton planned. “No driller in his right mind would have gone ahead,” said Army geologist Robert Sanders when the military finally sent people to inspect the work.

“So you’ve got a guy who is one moment is the president of a big construction company like Halliburton, and the next moment he’s Vice President of the United States. Or the President who was in the oil business. And this is true whether you get Democrats or Republicans in the office. You have this moving back and forth, a revolving door. And in a way, our government is invisible a lot of the time, and policies are carried out by our corporations on one level or another. And then again, the policies of the government are basically forged by the Corporatocracy, and then presented to the government and they become government policy. There is an incredibly cozy relationship. This isn’t a conspiracy theory type of thing. These people don’t have to get together an plot to do things. They all basically work under one primary assumption, and that is that they must maximize profits regardless of the social and environmental costs.” -John Perkins- Ex CIA.

So to break it down in one sentence, we have an American president who is in big oil business, and his VP is in big construction, both who have big contracts in Iraq. Coincidence that Bush Sr. tried to do the exact same thing 10 years prior.

Truth about Halliburton and Dick Cheney

“We know he’s out trying once again to produce nuclear weapons and we know that he has a long-standing relationship with various terrorist groups, including the al-Qaeda organization,” – Vice President Dick Cheney, NBC Meet The Press, March 16, 2003.

Dick Cheney

Convicted War Criminal; Former Halliburton CEO and War Profiteer; former PNAC member; former chairman of CFR; Was in bunker on 9-11 directing several “war games”; lied to 9-11 Omission Commission about timing of 9-11 activities.

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Treason

Means: A few month before 9/11 there was a deliberate change made to the rules of engagement for hijacked aircraft, which removed shootdown authority for civilian aircraft away from the Joint Chiefs of Staff and placed the vice president Dick Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld in charge. This change assured that no one else besides Dick Cheney or Donald Rumsfeld could order the shoot down of a civilian aircraft on 9/11.

CJCSI 3610.01, dated July 31, 1997, required that all requests for assistance in hijackings be approved by the Secretary of Defense. An update to that order, CJCSI 3610.01, dated June 1, 2001, had an exception for emergencies that would seem to give commanders in the field autonomy in ordering intercepts. However, that exception did not cover requests for “potentially lethal assistance”, the kind required to respond to the attack:

(DODD 2025.15, Feb. 18, 1997) 4.4 The Secretary of Defense retains approval authority for support to civil authorities involving: use of Commander in Chief (CINC)-assigned forces (personnel units, and equipment) when required under paragraph 4.5, below; DoD support that will result in a planned event with the potential for confrontation with specifically identified individuals and/or groups or will result in the use of lethal force.

Motive: Dick Cheney was hired as CEO of Halliburton in 1995, despite having no practical business leadership experience. He quickly went on to add new directors that shared his political convictions, including Lawrence Eagleburger, the former Secretary of State under the first President George Bush. Eagleburger also served as a director of Kissinger Associates, and on the board of Dresser Industries, where George H.W. Bush got his start. Others Cheney added to his team included Ray Hunt, of Dallas-based Hunt Oil, a longtime supporter of the Bush clan.

Cheney named Charles DiBona as one of his first appointees to the board of Halliburton. DiBona had been the Deputy Director of the White House Policy Office and Special Assistant to President Nixon in the early 1970s. DiBona was also an associate of WTC south tower impact zone tenant Joseph Kasputys, at the Logistics Management Institute, and DiBona and Kasputys had previously worked together during the Arab Oil Embargo as representatives of the emerging US Department of Energy (DOE). In fact, DiBona was one of the first US “Energy Czars.”

With Dick Cheney’s Oil and Energy interests, his CEO position at Halliburton,
